Can’t access a course? For Courses Purchased Before 1st April 2023:
If you purchased access to a course before the above date and don’t see it in your dashboard, let us know and we’ll activate your access for free.
Please note courses purchased 1st April 2023 onwards have a 12-month access period with option to renew your course access at the most current fee.
Course or badge is missing
Please let us know at [email protected] and we’ll fix it for you. (We’re currently re-shuffling many things and migrating to a new system, so the display of some items may be affected).
